Google Play Music Family Plans are here

Just now Google has announced the Play Music family plans which will be launching in just a few days right in time for Christmas. The plan was first introduced back in September and it really garnered a lot of praise from the fans. The family plan as the name suggests will allow 6 users to use the same account with a small fee of $14.99 per month. What does that mean? Well you can purchase a singular account and everyone will be able to share the magic. Here is what Google has to say about the Play Music plan:

“You’ll unlock all of the same features you’d get from having individual subscriptions, including ad free, unlimited access to more than 35 million songs and the ability for each family member to stream simultaneously on any device, all for one low price. Now, you can keep your listening experiences separate from your partner and get music recommendations tailored to the music you like. So, my husband’s Depeche Mode singles will never show up in my account – only my true favorites will be front and center. And a family plan on Google play will also get your family access to YouTube Red in the US.”

Google Play Music family Plan will be launching in the US soon. Plans to include UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France and other countries are in motion as well. I think it is a great idea to have your music with you wherever you go without having to use one single account. You won’t have to listen to your daughter’s playlist or recommendations anymore. Thankfully this will save a lot of headache for people who hate Justin Bieber and just want some quality jazz in their lives. That’s not all though, you will also be getting access to Youtube Red in the US, which removes all ads from the experience.
