Some new images of a smartphone which is allegedly being called the Sony Honami have surfaced recently. The Sony Honami or the Sony Xperia i1 Honami as some are calling it is supposed to be the next flagship from the manufacturer. The new images apparently confirm yesterday’s leak and the device seems fairly like the last leak. The only difference is that the last leak showed us the white version of the smartphone on its back. This time around we get to see the Sony Honami is all its glory at various angles. Check out the six images and then continue onwards for our analysis.
The black version of the Sony Honami is looking like a true flagship smartphone and we are really enticed by its beauty. The most prominent thing about the leaked Sony Honami is its metallic back plate. Previously we thought that Sony might use a glass finish for the smartphone and looking at the metallic back plate contradicts that.
The Sony Honami might feature a smaller bezel, but it is not that visible from these angles. We can see the rear camera, the infra-red blaster along with the front speaker. There is also a microSD card slot, standard headphone jack and the iconic Sony Xperia button. There seems to be dock pins on the left side of the smartphone, but we could be wrong.
Another rumor states that the Sony Honami might be unveiled in Paris on 4th of July. But that is yet to be seen. As a recap the Sony Honami is supposed to come with a Snapdragon 800 processor, a 16 MP camera and 2 GB of RAM. We have to warn you though; none of the specs are confirmed yet so take them with a pinch of salt. We will be keeping you posted regarding further developments.
