There were rumors regarding a large Samsung tablet called Galaxy Note Pro but today we have…well more rumors about that very same tablet. The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro is supposed to be the biggest tablet to come from the Korean manufacturer. The tablet is reported to have a 12.2 inch screen which makes it quite large. We personally really like the idea of a big tablet, we all know that more is good especially since you don’t keep tablets in your pockets.
The rumor originated from a reported published by ZDNet Korea, they have been quite accurate in the past. The report states that Samsung showed the Galaxy Note Pro to some of its employees in a private event. The picture shown above is from the very same event if the report is to be believed. As for the specs, the Galaxy Note Pro will come with a 12.2 inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels which will be quite fitting for a screen that size.
There is supposed to be 2.4 GHz processor inside the tablet along with ample 3 GB of RAM. The tablet also comes with a large 9500 mAh battery, if this is true, the Galaxy Note Pro will feature the biggest battery among Samsung tablets. The Galaxy Note Pro is also reported to be running on Android 4.4 Kit Kat which is a great thing. The device is said to weigh 1.7 pounds and measure 11.6 x 80 x 14.1 inches. The thickness of the tablet is still not known.
This is just a rumor though, so we advise that you take it with a pinch of salt. If the rumors turns out to be true, the Galaxy Note Pro will definitely be on top of our wish lists. More is expected to be unveiled on CES 2014 and we will just have to wait and see what Samsung brings to the show.
