Lenovo is looking to up their game by introducing a smartphone with quad HD screen. The said smartphone is rumored to be called the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro and has already seen its fair share of leaks. The smartphone in question is supposed to come with a screen of 1440 x 2560 pixels display and will be of a rather large 6 inch size. Judging by the market trend of shifting towards a Quad HD tomorrow, its no wonder that Lenovo wants to be part of that action. The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro will effectively launch the company into a sharper and high resolution future.
The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro reportedly comes with a 6 inch size and very thing 7.7 mm metal body. This means that the smartphone will not only show good visuals but also look visually stunning. Inside the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro will be a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5 GHz. There will also be a 16 MP camera on the back of the smartphone complete with optical image stabilization. The Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro comes with NFC and a hefty 4000 mAh battery. The specs seem top of the line and the smartphone is shaping up to be a true competitor.
Unfortunately for us U.S based fans of the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro; it might not come to the state side at all. The company makes a very nice living off China and Asian territories and it will be quite rare to see Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro launch in other regions as well. That being said, the recent acquisition of Motorola Mobility may shape a release in North America and Europe. Still this information about the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro and its specs is just a rumor and it may not reflect reality.
