Samsung Galaxy S5 to have QHD screen

The Samsung Galaxy S5 is without a doubt, the most anticipated smartphone of this year. Samsung never ceases to amaze us with their products and Samsung Galaxy S5 will probably follow the same tradition. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is rumored to come with top end specs and features which include a QHD screen. A QHD screen doubles the pixels available in a full HD panel making the screen sharper and clearer.

Samsung Galaxy S5 is going to be announced on February 24th at Mobile World Congress being held in Barcelona. This is based on all the “Unpacked 5” invitations Samsung has sent to the media yesterday. But how can we forget Eldar Murtazin, a man who warned us about earlier than expected launch of Samsung Galaxy S5 more than 2 weeks in advance. This official confirmation makes Eldar claims all the more credible and we are forced to think that the Russian blogger has some juicy inside information.

According to the rumors, the Samsung Galaxy S5 is supped to come with a 5.24 inch screen with a large 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution Quad HD screen. If this becomes true, the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be the first smartphone with such high resolution to be released worldwide. Although Vivo XPlay 3S was the first smartphone, it is limited only to China. The smartphone will also surpass the 500ppi line with its 560 ppi pixel density. That’s not all though; the Samsung Galaxy S5 is reported to come with a large 3200 mAh battery which will probably be great for such a large and high resolution screen. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is also going to have only 32 and 64 GB models, so no more 16 GB ones will arrive.

Well this sums up all the rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S5 we have right now. What do you think? Will Samsung bring such a high resolution smartphone or wait to introduce it on Galaxy Note 4?
